In order to improve the teamwork ability of the company's employees and deepen the communication between departments, Smart Control held a two-day outdoor team building activity in Anji, Zhejiang Province. The partners from Shanghai headquarters participated in this activity with great interest.

The first day of the trip was easy and pleasant. Arriving at Anji Tianmu Mountain rafting destination, the partners saw the environment near the mountains and rivers, and their mood instantly became relaxed and refreshing. Colleagues put on life-saving clothes orderly and waited in line to participate in water rafting. The whole rafting is 3 kilometers long. The logistics team specially prepared water guns and ladles for each group of partners. Originally, it was thought that the leisurely rafting instantly turned into a water war... The partners completely released themselves in the process of rafting.

When night came, colleagues came to the grassland in the mountains to barbecue and sing songs. The bonfire party was full of laughter. The originally quiet rural night echoed with bursts of laughter and laughter from colleagues.

The next day, the partners welcomed the outdoor team project challenge. Under the leadership of the captain, take the team name, think of slogans, and draw team flags. The partners were divided into four teams, including the war wolf team, the flying eagle team, the flame team and the flying dragon team.

In the challenge session, the team members completed the power rope ring, passing table tennis, stepping on the wind and fire wheel, and so on. The partners fully invested and made concerted efforts to complete various challenges.
